1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging. Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in the same condition as when received.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery is delayed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before confirming your order.
